Why Bagels?

This growing market requires a fresh approach in the way of its presentation, whilst the bagel is a traditional product and is still essentially made the traditional way a new approach is needed to the display and sale of the product. Our designs are rooted in the avante garde thinking of New York’s SOHO district and in the eclectic ideas and forward thinking of that areas demographic. Our menu pulls ideas from that area but also with healthy eating in mind.
